Bottle. It’s a clear, dark amber to brown beer topped by a small, dense, beige head. The aroma is malty, wort-like, with some raisins. Caramel too. The flavor is malt driven, with some raisins and caramel. Not much hoppyness going on. Medium body, quite dry, and with a decent carbonation level. Short, malty finish. Not a bad one, but most definitely not interesting either. 140117

Pours mahogany brown, white bubbly head. Fresh watery aroma, a bit of usual dish washing liquid smell. Taste is slightly bitter, malty and even with some roast notes in the aftertaste. Aftertaste itself is weak and short. Overall drinkable but quite boring for a Christmas beer.

Dark mahogany brown, pours with a small head that goes away pretty fast. Aroma is weakly sweet, slightly caramel and usual wet cardboard. Taste is soft, watery, some weak caramel. This beer is not disturbing and is drinkable - but lacks any character I would expect from a Christmas beer.

50cl bottle at Ristiisa Pubi, Tartu. Pours Coca-Cola coloured with a minimal head. Bready and malty aroma with hints of spices. Sweet and kvass-like with a very mild bitterness. A bit too sweet and too boring, but drinkable.
