The Bos Meadery Tasting Room opened in 2015 and we grew into more than just a tasting room. Bos Mead Hall opened in 2017 in a larger space, with a formal stage and a greater capacity to host live music.

Sampled at GTMW 2017. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates immediately. Aroma is very flora with a good amount of gin botanicals and earthy honey supporting. Flavor has more sweet honey that is supported by grass and gin botanical notes.

Sampled from the tap at Red Eye. Pours a clear very pale yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has sweet honey with a slight bitter grass note supporting. Flavor has sweet honey and flora with a light grassy bite supporting.

Great Taste of the Midwest 2015. Very light aroma, nearly clear, just a hint of pink. Very light flavor and aroma, almost no aroma at all. Heavily carbonated, and I noted how much I liked the palate in my notes.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2015. Pours a clear yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a combination of licorice and cinnamon supported by dry honey. Flavor is a bit more reserved with slightly sweet honey and some cinnamon coming through.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a slight orange hue and no head whatsoever. Aroma has a good amount of ginger with some sweet hibiscus and a decent amount of dry honey. Flavor has earthy ginger with some bitter hibiscus and lots of dry honey.

From a 3 oz taster served at the Old Fashiioned in Madison WI. Pours a clear very pale gold with no head. Fruity nose. Pomegranate dominates. Mild and mellow mouthfeel and finish.
