Description
We chose the name Odd Breed for our brewery because the yeast and bacteria we use are not the typical microbes used in a brewery for fermentation. In a world of industrialized and mainstream beer, most other brewers would consider our brewery and process to be a bit odd.

We think that being different is a good thing, and in a crowded market where most breweries are emulating whatever they think is popular or trendy, we have purposefully chosen to create our own path, as we strive to produce the types of beers we like most.

Bottle, 750 ml shared with Max, Miro B and Zec at my 10k tasting. Cloudy golden with small white head. Funky, fruity, oak, bit vinous, medium sourness. Juicy. Dry. Medium bodied.

Flaska från Miami, 2020. Rare Bottle Club, 3rd edition. Blek ljusgul, relativt klar, med vit krona. Lätt och fräsch med toner från fat, citrus, lite mineral. Kanske något lätt och hade önskat lite mer komplexitet utifrån solera etc. Men helt ok.

Flaska från Miami, 2020. Klar, ljusguldig med vit krona. Ingen färg överhuvudtaget från körsbären. Fräsch, syrlig, rena smaker, svårt att känna av körsbären, snarare rejäla slängar citrus. Men snygg grundöl, komplex och med bra fatkaraktär. Mycket gott.

Bottle at Foeder For Thought. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is dark fruit, oak, yeast, rum. Slick body, strong rum, dark fruit, wood, leather, yeast, dry finish, very good.
