Description
We chose the name Odd Breed for our brewery because the yeast and bacteria we use are not the typical microbes used in a brewery for fermentation. In a world of industrialized and mainstream beer, most other brewers would consider our brewery and process to be a bit odd.
We think that being different is a good thing, and in a crowded market where most breweries are emulating whatever they think is popular or trendy, we have purposefully chosen to create our own path, as we strive to produce the types of beers we like most.

More like a Flander's bruin than a quadrupel. Certainly, more of a wild vibe here. Pours maroon with decent head. Plenty of barrel, some sour plum. It's decent. Tangy finish. Tap at Dominion Wine and Beer.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is nicely dry wood with some nutty, toasted and quite acidic tones. Flavour is tart fruits, some nutty tones with quite a big acidity to it.

Absolutely gorgeous funky deliciousness, packing citrus flavor, with a bit of an acidic finish but should age amazingly. Apples and lemon barn house funk perfection.

Basically tastes like if somehow managed to (re)ferment Weller 12 with wild funk. Chocolatey toffee vanilla fig boozy oak, medium light bodied, tannic and tart hints. Gnarly. Should age heavenly!

Incredible upfront flavor of citrus and stonefruit funk. Bit of an acidic finish but mostly overpowered by the upfront gorgeous funky sweet and sour.
