Description
We chose the name Odd Breed for our brewery because the yeast and bacteria we use are not the typical microbes used in a brewery for fermentation. In a world of industrialized and mainstream beer, most other brewers would consider our brewery and process to be a bit odd.

We think that being different is a good thing, and in a crowded market where most breweries are emulating whatever they think is popular or trendy, we have purposefully chosen to create our own path, as we strive to produce the types of beers we like most.

Mad lemony salt gose. Mellows out and delish after it warms up a bit.

At the Aslin 3rd Anniversary party. Poured a hazy yellow color with a medium sized white head, nice lacing. Aroma was nice, mild peach character. Subtle sour note, a little bit of acid, tart fruit. Smooth, really refreshing. Pleasant.

Bottle pour at the Aslin 3rd Anniversary party. Poured a hazy yellow color with a small, fizzy off-white head. Aroma was like Thai Yellow Curry. Lemongrass, lime leaves. Light tartness, some mild sour notes. Sweet, easy to drink. Pleasant, juicy. Flavorful! Some light effervescent notes make this pretty refreshing.
