Keg at If It Ain't Dutch. A very light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin Wheaty malts. Plenty of bubblegum esters into bright citrus fruits. Little sherbet. Light finish. Refreshing.

Bottle at Craig's annual Christmas tasting. 07/07/2024. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of nutty chocolate, raisin. Taste is rich, nutty, chocolate. Oily finish.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, Enid Street, 12/06/24. Black with a khaki cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, booze, nutty tones, hint of peanut butter, dark malts, mellow bourbonics. Taste comprises chocolate melt, bourbon, molasses, vanilla essence, dark malts, spice, brown sugar, coconut shavings. Full bodied, viscous oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Top drawer BA impy.

Not bad, very much a catharina sour/florida weisse type beer. Light bodied, mild to moderate sourness, lacto body was all there. Lightly sweet, with fruit flavors coming through clean and clear, hard to ID them, esp since dragon fruit tastes like mostly nothing to me! Vanilla was a nice complement, very much detectable. Keg at Craft Beer Junction, 31/05/24. Hazed orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is ripe tropical fruits, melon, grass, mandarin, papaya, light pine coating. Taste comprises grass, stoned fruits, papaya, grapefruit, ripe melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Tidy pale.
