Description
Hidden Springs Ales Works is a craft brewery in the greater Tampa Heights neighborhood just north of down town Tampa.
We were born from the minds of Joshua Garman and Austin Good (two local guys who loved to brew), and we joined the neighborhood in September of 2015. Yellow Brick Row has become our home away from home, and we hope that it is your’s as well. So, swing by the Tasting Room, find yourself a seat, and enjoy one of our beers. There’s always room for more at the bar.

On tap at Craft Beer Junction, pours a clear dark pink with a small white head. Aroma is full of crreal notes, dark fruits, and lacto. Flavour is sweet, with granola, lacto, and some sweetness. A bit sweet and simple. Decent.

On tap at Craft Beer Junction, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is full of lactose, black currant, and a hint of toasted nuts. Flavour is fairly sweet, with black currant, lacto, and lactose. Too sweet and artificial for me. Meh.

Keg at CBJ - London. Pours clear red-pink with a small, bubbly white head. Lightly sweet, pleasant berry tang, a mild lactic bite. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish. Nice one.

Keg at CBJ. A light haze on this cherry colour beer, decent pink head. Airy and fairly dry palate, decent fine carbonation. A slightly burned berry and wood flavour that I can take or leave. Mostly leave. Light dry finish Yeah, a pass for me.
