Description

Hidden Springs Ales Works is a craft brewery in the greater Tampa Heights neighborhood just north of down town Tampa.
We were born from the minds of Joshua Garman and Austin Good (two local guys who loved to brew), and we joined the neighborhood in September of 2015. Yellow Brick Row has become our home away from home, and we hope that it is your’s as well. So, swing by the Tasting Room, find yourself a seat, and enjoy one of our beers. There’s always room for more at the bar.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, Bermondsey, 26/05/23. Black with a moderately presented tan head that escapes to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, pecan, dark malts, booze, toffee fudge. Taste comprises pecan pie, chocolate melt, molasses, toffee fudge, dark malts, light spice balanced, dates. Full bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow barrel edge and balanced boost. Tidy impy device.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, Bermondsey, 26/05/23. Black with a tan head that dissipates and formed the figure 6 in a swirl! Nose is dark malts, molasses, chocolate, brown sugar melt, toffee fudge, light perfume. Taste comprises coconut shavings, mellow roast, muscovado sugars, Bounty Bar, brown sugar melt, chocolate. Full bodied, oily viscous on the palate, semi drying close with a nip of room at the boost stage. Solid decadent stuff.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, Bermondsey, 26/05/23. Pitch black with a dirty tan head that escapes to a swirl. Nose is chocolate melt, peanut butter, mellow bourbon, molasses, dark malts. Taste comprises toasted brown sugars, Marathon bar, chocolate, booze, rocky roads, peanut butter. Full bodied, oily mouthfeel, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol with a gentle warming barrel presence. Solid kit.
