Bottle, 75cl. A clear, pale golden colored beer with some white bubbles. The aroma has a touch of alcohol, with lots of apples, some apple jam and a touch of grass. It has a touch of yeast and sulphur in the flavor, but it's mostly apples. Apple jam, apple cores and a herbal, grassy hint. Medium to full body, with some warmth and a soft carbonation. Long finish. A very nice one, although a bit sulphury in the flavor. 190907

Small bubbly mediumlasting head, clear light reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, grass, red fruits, minerals, alcohol, apple peel, hay, sour apples. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, grass, apple cores, hay, minerals, alcohol, apple peel, bark. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, hay, flowers, alcohol, apple peel, sour grass, unripe apples, leafs, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
