Bottle, 75cl corked, from trade with Bryne. A well sparkling straw-golden colored cider. Thin white head. Freshly harvested apple, apple juice, a yeasty hint, apple seed and grass in the aroma. Effervescent, dry, lightly acidic mouthfeel. A bit yeasty flavor, fresh apple, apple juice, light vinous hints, grass, green grape. Sort of buttery towards the end. Sure not bad, but a bit too yeasty for me. 250313

Bottle, 75cl. It's a clear, well sparkling golden colored cider with a few white bubbles on top. The aroma has lots of nice, fresh apple juice, with some grass and orchard notes. Feels a bit too sweet though. It's medium to full bodied, nicely carbonated and semi-dry, with a bit much sweetness. Apple juice, apple pie hints, grass and some green berry in the flavor. Medium length finish. A decent one indeed, perhaps a bit on the sweet side. 241231

Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, unripe berries, sorrel, leafs, hay, flowers, citrus, apple cores, yeast, alcohol. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

750 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Golden colour with a pink-ish hue. Pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Pleasant aroma of fresh Norwegian apples, hints of blackcurrants and redcurrants. Slightly dry flavour with the same elements.
