750mL bottle, pours a fairly clear dull golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of oak, loads of barnyard funk, and wild yeast. Flavour is dry, with plenty of oak barrels, bugs, and light funk. Buggy, oaky and dry. Not the most complex wild beer but it's well-brewed for sure.

Bottle pour, thanks Travis for sharing! Literally looks light a slightly lighter red wine, no head and all. Tart, soft, creamy red wine aroma, a bit generic, but not bad. Lean, slightly watery taste, berry and spicy notes coming from the Zweigelt, literally drinking with a Zweigelt slightly diluted with water, but not a bad Zweigelt. Very interesting, but I preferred the Pinot Gris.

Bottle sample from Lya. Amber body, traces of a white head I reckon. Tart, slightly acetic, yeasty and grainy aroma, herbal touches, lightly spicy, not entirely clean - not my type. The taste, however, makes up for it. pleasant notes, dried white grapes, but not too concentrated, bready touches, soft, well balanced overall. Definitely a nice one, this project shows a TON of promise!
