500ml bottle, shared with Soph by the river. Pours a pale gold, mild gooseberry and quince aroma. Has a spritzy white wine feel, oily palate with an ostensible quince presence, which seems likely given the name. Really seems more akin to a wine than a cider. Interesting, decent.

375ml wired cork bottle from National Brewery Centre, Burton on Trent. Opened with a loud pop. Sparkling, pale yellow golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy, fruity funk, bready yeasty hint. Taste is tangy, apple, fleshy, green apple, fruity, with earthy funk notes and some tartness. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
