Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, smoked, meat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sod, smoke, oyster - sea salt water, chocolate, dark malt, sweet malt. Keg at the bow bar... Light yellow.. Tiny pink haze... Thin white lacing.. Soft smoke.. Ligh floral fruit nose... Light fruits.. Juicy fruits.. But long soft light all pervasive smoke

Cask @ The Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold with thin white head. Sweet yeasty aroma. Surprisingly sweet, yeasty taste. Belgian yeasty perhaps? Even some banana esters coming through. Very decent.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Black with a thin creamy off-white head. Potent in its mix of sweetened dark and roasted malts. Fairly smooth in its texture, itโs a little more stated in its roasted variety in taste, with a lingering aftertaste.
