Bottle 330ml. @ home on the terrace.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a grey note, a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cabbage water, light hay - straw, light butter. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, light sweet butter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110723]

Verhalten herber Antrunk, etwas wässrig und ebenfalls etwas muffig. Die Würzigkeit ist zwar auf dem richtigen Weg und gefällt prinzipiell in ihrer Intensität, wird von der muffigen Herbe aber zerstört und kann sich nicht genügend entfalten. So schlittert das Bier weiter und gibt die erwähnten Aromen auch im Abgang aus. Dementsprechend etwas langweilig und wenig attraktiv. 7/6/6/5/7/5
