(tap 0,5l @ Burger inn U2P (Brno)) Overall: Ok IPL, quite light. Aroma: Hops, lemon, grassy, later some noble hops. Appearance: Clear pale golden. Persistent white head. Taste: Light sweet, hops, citrusy, lemon, light grassy, light bitter. Palate: Light-medium body. Bitter finish.

Auf dem Etikett schaut ein ziemlich müdes Baby, das vermutlich jene Jolana ist. Es ist ein rotes Bierchen, das durch den Roggen einen ordentlich brotigen Beigeschmack bekommt. Dazu spielt auch der Hopfen mit einer grasigen Note ein bisschen mit. Es ist gut, aber wirklich vom Hocker reißt es mich nicht, da es zwar schöne feine Aromen hat, aber sonst schnell nachlässt.

11.3.2023. Bottle at Eggo Truck Brno. A bit phenolic with medicinal overtones, but not that serious. Otherwise rather thin body, med-low carbonation, could use more bubbles. Med-light caramelly malt, medium citrusy and general fruity estery and hoppy flavour. Not great, not terrible, drinkable, okay. 6,8.
30.6.2026. On the bus, picked up at Buchta D (pic). Med body, med-lightish carbo. Somewhat oxidated, and a slight lack of bubbles. Med bitter, light caramelly sweet. Hops character is a bit muddled - classic citrusy, piney, resiny combo, but feeling non-fresh, average. That sums up the beer. BBD 08/08/26. 6,0.

Das flüssige Brötchen, wie dieses Bier übersetzt heißt ist kein Brotbier noch ist es sonderlich brotig im Geschmack. Aber es ist auch als APA tituliert und das bekommt man auch. Ein schön hopfiges, ein wenig malziges Bier, das wundervoll blumig duftet und sonst recht spritzig ist. Es ist nicht so verspielt fröhlich wie es dutet, aber ist doch sehr schön zu trinken. Einzig die grau-braune trübe Farbe ist nicht sehr hübsch -besser aus der braunen Flasche oder einen´Steinhumpen trinken, damit man nur den schönen Schaum sieht.

An dem Lokal U Dvou přátel bin ich schon öfters vorbeigegangen, da es immer recht spät erst aufsperrte, aber diesmal habe ich es geschaft. Es gibt 7 Biere vom Fass und allerlei obercoole Burger. Dieses Bier kaufte ich dort in einem Bierkühlschrank. Es ein schön kakaoig-schokoladies Stout, das tatsächlich ziemlich trocken rüberkommt. Es ist nicht so tiefgründig oder aromatisch wie andere Biere dieses Typs, aber ich finde es doch ganz gut, wenn auch nicht perfekt.

Tap at u Dvou pratel - Dominikanska. Amber color with off-white head. Aroma of caramel, light citrus hops. Taste, sweet malt, candies, raisins honey, alcohol. Too much alcohol. Heavzli oxidiyed.

Tap a tap u Dvou pratel, Deep golden color with white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus hops zest. Taste, is in beginning very shy, malty, followed by moderate citrus hoppy bitterness. Unfortunately light Acetyldehyd and light oxidation.
