On tap at Makro Beer Fest, Ljubljana. Dark brown to black, small to medium beige head. Roasty aroma with a dusty Brett note. Light smoke. Creamy texture, roasty flavours. It is a difficult combination and it seems it went well.

On tap at Makro Beer Fest, Ljubljana. Hazy dark golden, small off-white head. Great banana /smoke balance, overripe banana on charred wood. Great smoke, covering the malts and yeast in the flavour. Nice sweetness. Light body, soft carbonation. Lasting finish. One sided but nice. Good idea.

Pours unclear, very dark brown with a copper glow to it. Small, rather pillowy head that fades rather fast. No lacing. Smell is bread (dark bread) wheat, whiskey, oak, More alcohol than i'd expect from a 7.6. Taste is sharp, wheat, colliding with an overly strong bourbon note ( that shows butteryness and charred oak, light smokyness, even ) hardly seems an all-natural barrel ageing product. It starts of rather nicely, than turns really bad ( to me, colliding, buttery, fishguts and smoke) but the ending is a bit better again... Hmm... not a fan of this one.

F: no real, some beige bubbles. C: dark brown, brown against the light, hazy A: dark malts, bit vinous, dark berries, chocolate, caramel, bit whiskey, woody, bit toffee. T: dark malts, woody, bit caramel, warming alcohol, bit toffee, bit vinous, lack some more tannins, bit honey, not bad but quite simple, medium to full body, low carbonation, I expected more here yet enjoyed, 33cl bottle from LIBF 2018.

Thank you for sharing tderoeck & Filip. 330 ml. bottle sampled @ LIBF 2017. Golden, white head. Nose is smoked plastic, smoke is almost peated. Taste is plastic, overly sweet, sugar, massive banana, very smoked, low peat, sugar, plastic,… Crude, huge but kind of dug it.

Thank you for sharing tderoeck & Filip. 330 ml. bottle sampled @ LIBF 2017. Golden orange. Nose is painful to smell, some extreme hospital, chemical spice, chilli, aframomum is pure evil. Taste is like pain, spice burns in your throat, hospital, chemical, plastic, nail polish glue, tastes like pain,.. Chemical, hospital body. Really yikes. No thanks.
