Sampled from tap at CBF Vienna 2018. Hazy, amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, fairly smoky and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of lots of smoked eel, bacon, some banana and hints of clove. Moderately sweet, rather smoky and gently yeasty-spicy taste of smoked eel, bacon, banana and some clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, fairly smoky and a bit yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pretty good, very smoky!

Sampled at LIBF18. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours black rather clear. Small tanned head. Smell is very lactose forward. Taste is sharp, sweet, lactose overkill. Ok.

Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Touch of milky sweetness. Bitterish citrus peel and marmalade. Mild pine. Touch of lager malts on the dry finish. Pretty clunky but not awful.

Butelka 330ml (BB 27.03.2019). Ciemno-brązowe z beżową, drobną pianą i delikatnym lacingiem. W aromacie i smaku ciemne słody, karmel, przyprawy zwłaszcza goździki wyczuwalne na początku, potem gdzieś trochę ulatują. W konsystencji średnio-treściwe, dość gładkie choć wysycenie najniższe nie jest oraz wyraźnie rozgrzewające, nawet leciutko piecze w przełyku. Generalnie ciemne, przyprawowe piwo na półsłodko, z kapci nie wyrywa ale fajnie rozgrzewa.

Butelka 330ml (BB 24.02.2019). Ciemne, niemal czarne z żółto-brązową obfitą pianą, trwałą z wyraźnym lacingiem. W aromacie rządzą nuty stajni charakterystyczne dla piw zakażonych bakteriami Brettanomyces, bardzo wyraźne mocno przykrywające akcenty portera. W smaku natomiast dominuje delikatna ale wyraźna zbożowa paloność natomiast stajni praktycznie nie ma. Piwo jest wytrawne, średnio-pełne, gładkie ze średnim wysyceniem, leciutko rozgrzewające, pije się z przyjemnością. Ogólnie ciekawa wariacja stylu, z kompletnie innymi akcentami w aromacie i smaku, ale co najważniejsze udana.

F: big, dark tanned, good retention. C: dark opaque. A: dark malts, milk chocolate, bit cocoa, lactose, bit coffee, bit sweet dark fruits, bit smoky, bit caramel. T: dark malts, roasted tones, chocolate, bit smoky, toast, coffee, nice balanced thick chocolate tones with roasted, bit lactose, bit dark caramel, full body and lower carbonation, very good, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from LIBF 2018.

On tap at Makro Beer Fest in Ljubljana. Pours black, topped with medium sized and pretty lasting beige head. A bit soury nose with some funkiness, some roast and a bit of dust. Taste follows, dry soury with a bit of roast. Herbal aftertaste. Quite light body.

T: sweet fruity, bit warming alcohol, light rum aftertaste, sweet malty and fruity, spicy, too much rum alcohol, medium to full body, low to medium carbonation, partially enjoyed, 33cl bottle from LIBF 2018.

On tap at Makro Beer Fest in Ljubljana. Pours hazy coppery colour, topped with smaller tan head. A bit boozy nose with quite some woodiness and actually slight bacon nose. Medium full body, strong malty sweetness with some fruitiness. Milder aftertaste. Too sweet for my liking to be honest.
