Pours a clear golden color, topped with a big fluffy white head that quickly settles down. Mild fruity nose with some grassy notes. Taste is bittery with a bit of soury feel and some herbal presence. Fresh and drinkable. Nice.

Bottle. Huge head with medium duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are lots of smoke, ashes, wheat malt, banany, fruits and hops. Too much carbonation, but interesting beer.

Bottle from Perelka, Warszaw. Hazy golden with a huge white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty and heavy smoked meat. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. Interesting experiment. 221015

500ml bottle. Cloudy, opaque, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Peppery spicy, dusty, yeasty aroma, a touch of coriander, hints of lemon juice. Taste is slightly tart, tangy, biting bitter, notes of lemon juice, a touch of coriander; lively carbonation. (Typical?) Polish interpretation of the style with Gose-ish tartness.

500ml bottle [obviously under high pressure]. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with absurdely huge, frothy, fairly lasting, thereby slowly osteoporosing, white head. Grassy hoppy aroma, fruity overtones, hints of mandarine, mandarine zest, mandarine kernel. Taste is dry hoppy, minimally grassy, zesty, fruity hints of orange and mandarine, a minimally chalky touch; (too) lively carbonation. Reminds of some Dutch PA regarding carbo and chalk.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and hopy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

0,5l Bb shared with gf on train between wroclaw & krakow. BB 24.12.2015.black color, medium big coffee colored head. Smells spices, roast, licorice, light smoke note, light charcoal. Medium body, medium carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Rather strong roast & charcoal, light smoke, spices, only very lightly milky / creamy, earthy, very light / hidden sweetness (only comes through after more sips). Some sweetness, light charcoal and spices on the finish. Overall very nice and complex especially considering the low ABV, overall not very obvious as a milk stout (only after more sips does the sweetness come through) but good none the less, just a tad too much charcoal, but it does help to keep the sweetness under control.
