Draught at Brendan Behans, 7/23/21.
Moderately-to-heavily hazy, light copper-to-brass golden. White head fades steadily to a ring.
Nose is nice and juicy but not sweet and bubblegummy. Good acidity and lemon-like dryness with nectarine, spiciness and a bit of biscuity/cracker-like malts. No flaw or alcohol.
In the mouth it's soft, malty, well-attenuated and pleasingly bitter without going overboard on the hop acidity nor with any twanginess. Biscuit, honey, marmalade and a bit of melon and spice. Interesting flavors and not just your typical bore-you-to-death-glass-of-orange-juice NEIPA.
Month and a half old, so not really up to snuff, unlike this troll job by Chris ! Class banter! 🍻🤣
