Cloudy light yellow to straw yellow perry, no head. Aroma: a bit yeasty, funky, fruity, some apple juice, apple skin, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, pretty yeasty, pears, apple juice, a little sourish, some tannins, ok. Aftertaste: rather dry, funky, pears, sweet touch.

Pretty cloudy blond yellow cider, no head. Aroma: lots and lots of apples, apple juice, pretty sweet, sugary, decent. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: wow, very dry indeed, good acidity, lots and lots of tannins, citric acidity, apple acid, very dry and sour. Aftertaste: a bit woody, tannins, apple skin, very dry, sourish, decent one!
