Slightly cloudy light beige perry, creamy dense white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, pretty fruity, slightly oxidized, a bit yeasty, lots of ripe pears, very nice! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty acidic, vinegar touch, pretty dry, bread yeast, bitter touch, pear skin, more yeast. Aftertaste: acidic, very dry, some tannins, slightly oxidized, a bit woody, sourish finish, nice!

Clear pale yellow cider, no head. Aroma: lots and lots of apple juice, sweet impression, very fruity. MF: ok carbon, light to medium body. Taste: very yeasty up front, sour and sweet apples, pretty dry, dusty impression. Aftertaste: very dry, sour apples, some tannins, acidic, ok but not the best.

Cloudy light pink cider, practically no head. Aroma: nice, fruity, red grapes, spicy touch, yeast, some apples of course. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very dry, lots of apple juice, a little bitter, good acidity. Aftertaste: lots of apple juice, refreshing, gentle bitterness, some tannins, grape, nice one!

Dorée/claire, col blanc léger.
Arôme est fruité, pomme bien acerbe, l’apport du vin donne de fins effluves plus fruitées de raisin mais qui demeurent un petit peu trop discrets.
Palais est sec avec ce côté cidre marqué, mais avec une petite note tannique de cet assemblage avec le vin – ce dernier tend à adoucir très légèrement la fin de bouche. In fine, le volet plus fort du vin et les 7% se font bien ressentir.

Pale champagne colour with lasting carbonation. Nice that this is not sugary sweet. It has a gentle pear flavour and a little green apple tartness. Well balanced overall with a pleasant dry finish.
