Draught at the brewpub. Rustic hop aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is also rustic, has a grassy hop flavour. Scratches my throat a bit, but in a good way.

Tap at Protokoll. Bit hazy golden body, off-white head, thick. Resinous aroma, bit herbal. Medium body, sweetish, herbal, resinous, clean maltiness but a bit sugary. Residual sugary and herbal-bitter notes in the aftertaste. Good stuff, but the body is nah.

Draught, 6.5% at the brewpub. Good fruity aroma. Hint of bubble gum. Cloudy dark golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is caramelly with a distinct bitterness. Bubble gum finish and aftertaste. Slightly sweet but well balanced by the bitterness.

(Draft at Manifest, Berlin, 14 May 2026) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, grass and peaches. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grass, peaches, grapefruit, white bread, hints of resin and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. Some alcohol shining through. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich, hoppy and warming. Very nice.

(Draft at Manifest, Berlin, 14 May 2026) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, lemon, gooseberries and bread. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, lemon, lime gooseberries, resin, white bread and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. A slight acidity coming throgh, a bit like a brut IPA. Medium body, dry. Dry, fresh and hoppy. Nice one.

Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, orange peel, mandarin, crisp-bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and refreshing. Very nice

Malty, hoppy taste with notes of toast, caramel, black-currant, orange peel and a balanced citric/spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Rich and hoppy, with a solid malt backbone. Very nice.

Malty, roasty taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, black rye bread, roasted grain, a touch of soy sauce and a balanced roasty bitterness in the finish. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich and powerful. Very nice.
