(Bottle, 0.33 l, from the brewery, 20230810) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had pine, citrus fruits and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. The aroma was great. Unfortunately, the taste was disappointing. All the nice hop notes had disappeared.

Smell of juniper, sour fruit. Muddy brown colour, no head. Aroma of juniper, raw berries, sour yeast. Some bready flavor also. Sour. Very flat carbon.

Smell of sweet malt. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of straw, sweet malt, faint hops. Medium sweet. Soft carbon.

Smell of coffee. Dark brown colour, brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, ash. Soft plentiful carbon. Bitter, lightly sweet. Almost like a black IPA.

Sampled at CBH 2023. Poured unclear and light golden in color. Thin head. Aroma of banana, light juniper, some yeast/baking sodaish notes. Dark bread, quite heavy overall.

Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, ash, metal and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A tasty and clean burnt brew.
