(Bottle, 0.33l, from the brewery, 20230714) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate and metal. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, ash, metal and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A tasty and clean burnt brew.

Draught@CBH2023. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, bananaish, some yeast, mild bready and wooden tones. Flavour is floral, bananaish, some spiciness, mild herbal, wooden and yeasty tones.

(Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki 2023) The beer poured golden and nearly clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grain, malts and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grainy and bitter. Nice grassy brew. Bit too sweet.

Palate was medium bodied and dry with very low carbonation. Flavours were malts, chocolate, juniper, sourness, banana and bitterness. Aftertaste had juniper, sourness and low bitterness. Nice but bit off.
