4% version, name on label is just Sour Ale. Numbered out of 600 bottles. Clear deep golden. Zesty, oak, light funk, caramel, lime leaves, a touch of sulphur. Just medium sweet and sour. Over light bodied. Not bad, the age didn't mess it up at least.

Bottle at home. Crystal clear golden with no head. Sour grains, guava, yoghurt, raspberries, vanilla, light oak, rose, lime. Solid aour, light sweet. Medium bodied, no carbonation. Not sure if it was already flat or if it lost carbonation from age. Overall I'm not very impressed.

Bottle at Catraio Craft Beer Shop, Porto, 27/10/22. Pale golden blonde with a moderately presented white cap that soon vanishes. Nose is grape must, tangy citric zest, vinous, damp straw. Taste comprises lemon rind, herb, hedgerow, green apple tang, vinous, damp cloth. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic ripple. Okay if not one I'd revisit.

375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, July 24. Misty gold pour, thinning white head that dissipates entirely. Quite an acidic, vinegary feel, very sweet, citric, tart, not much carbonation.. ok, lacks balance.
