On tap at Windfall, pours a clear pale peachy beige colour with a small white head. Aroma brings out fairly dry apple skins with real flare. Flavour is fairly dry, with gentle floral notes, red apple skins, and subtle sweetness. Clean and drinkable, but not terribly complex. Decent.

On tap at Windfall, pours a sort of hazy peachy golden with a tiny ring of white head. Aroma reveals quite floral notes upfront, with ros� and crisp apple skins. Flavour is fairly crisp, with crisp red apple skins, more subdued floral notes, and gentle ros�-like notes. Above-average carbonation that works well here. Solid.

On tap at Windfall, pours a hazy pink with almost no head. Aroma brings out ros�-like notes, moderate sweetness and crisp apple skins. Flavour is fairly dry, with crisp apple skins, gentle ros� notes, and a tiny hint of wildness. Reasonably well put together.

On tap at the tasting room. Very nice foam on a clear light brass body. Nice chewy apple on the nose, slightly tangy, still very much grocery store. Taste is chewy sweet apple, vinous maybe, ending dry and full. Okay, straightforward, crowd pleasing.

On tap at their tasting room. Nice coppery rosé body and no foam. Soft rosewater on the nose, slight apple. Taste is mellow apple, possibly maybe rosewater, finishing dry with crisp carbonation. A little subtle but okay.

2021 edition sampled at the tasting room. Okay medium light clear gold body, minimal foam. Very soft and subtle plum and maybe some twig on the nose, but way too faint, and a fair amount of acidity. Taste is soft apple, slightly chewy and dry. No complexity, drinkable, but not memorable.

On tap at Windfall. Nice hazy pink body and no foam. Nice chewy apple and some peach it seems on the nose. Taste is good chewy apple, grocery store style, ending nicely dry yet still refreshing. Easy and enjoyable.

Dink pour at Superflux, Vancouver
Windfall joyride, dink Hazy pale blond colour. Dry bit not too weak, balanced acidity, pleasant juice, hints of pear, not much complexity, but it's decent for a North American cider.

Foggy pale straw body and some modest foam. Lots of banana on the nose, slight apple. Taste is mellow sweet apple, slightly chewy, finishing dry. Nothing sophisticated here but an easy crowd pleaser.

On tap at Superflux, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has lots of banana-like esters (that's odd), with crisp green apple skins and plenty of apple core. Flavour is medium sweet, with moderate estery notes (less of the aforementioned banana), crisp apple skins, and some apple core. Moderate acidity to balance the sweetness. Decent but not much complexity or depth.
