Située dans la Glâne, en Terre fribourgeoise, la Brasserie du Dzô est la concrétisation du rêve de leurs propriétaires : créer nos propres recettes originales, procurer du plaisir et transmettre leur passion.

Appearance: Orange light brown. Big creamy, white head. Aroma: Rye, fruits, pale malt. Taste: Medium fruits, pale malt, rye. Very fizzy mouthfeel. Yeasty finish. Bought: B Like Beer, 330 ml, CHF 4.80 Info: 9/10-2020, BB: 30/6-2021

Appearance: Dark yellow, very hazy. Huge amount of head, creamy. Too much head. Aroma: Coffee and roasted. Not much else. Taste: Coffee, strongly roasted. Some dark malt. A bit one-dimensional. Bought: B Like Beer, 330 ml, CHF 5.30 Info: 18/9-2020, BB: 30/4-2021

Appearance: Golden light brown, mostly clear. Enormous amount of creamy, white head. Aroma: Metal. Good amount of hops. Some malt. Taste: Nice, clean hops. Pale malt. Nice, lasting bitterness. Slight metal. Bought: Au Bon Moment, 330 ml, CHF 4.80 Info: 10/4-2020, BB: 30/9-2020
