Bouteille 33cl, BB 01/2023 - dégustée au Le Reposoir à Ursy avec la famille Suisse.
Couleur cuivre/orangé, col fin blanc-cassé, peu tenace - cela venant peut-être du verre.
Arôme est assez classique sans me propulser vers le style de Irish Red Ale. Le tout sur de fins effluves de malt, finement grillé. Cependant, je n'y retrouve pas le côté toffee/caramel qui en font la signature.
Palais est fin sur le côté malté caramel léger, le tout est plutôt faiblard au niveau de la teneur en bouche. Léger fruit rouge. L'apport houblonné est plus discret. Décevante.
