0.5l bottle, thx FIl! Hazy dark amber body, off-white head. Earthy, caramelly aroma, almost a bit fecal in the earthy notes. Lean, dry taste, bit malty, dry, grainy, yeasty, soapy, citric, fine! Good body. Just not in the best of shapes.

0.5l bottle, thx FIl! Murky pale yellow body, off-white head. Bit oxidized yeasty, malty, grainy aroma, herbal, bit dried fruit... huh. Lean, dry taste, huge papery oxidation, low bitterness. Eh.

Bernd das Bier Nordic Red, Flasche (MHD: 15.02.24) von REWE Rudel, BA. - Kupferrotbraun, klar. - In der Nase warmes Wiener Malz mit toastigen Zügen, Mokka und aromatische orangenbittere und hopfenwürzige Herbe, leichte hefig-ranzige Noten. - Antrunk satt wienermalzig, trocken kaffeebitter und derb hopfenherb mit Orangenschale und erdig-hopfenwürzigen Aromen. Leicht beerenfruchtig, kaum süß. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang plumpe krautige Bittere. - Derb hopfenbitteres Bier, unrund und schwer genießbar. Vielleicht nur schlecht gealtert. (14.11.2023.)

Bernd das Bier Mel's, hergestellt für Bernd Wulkesch, 97483 Eltmann, Flasche von REWE Rudel, BA. - Strohgelb, schwach trüb. - In der Nase feine, schwach exotische blumig-fruchtige Hopfung über süßlichem hellen Malz, Anklänge an Honig. - Im Antrunk aromatische blumig-fruchtige Hopfung, Zitrusfrucht, Limette, Birnenschale, die in hopfenwürzige Herbe übergeht. Deutliche, leicht karamellige Restsüße. Gut rezent, schlank. Im Abgang solide hopfenwürzige Herbe mit feinen zitrusfruchtigen Noten. - Ansprechendes Helles mit etwas ausgefallenerer aber gefälliger Hopfung. (3.10.2023.)

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear amber, rich firm head. Aroma of bready caramel with mild floral hops. Dry with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Gentle toasty bread, floral, grassy hops. Spicy bitter finish. Franconian style quality lager.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, mid sized head. Distinct fruity malt aroma with some floral hops. Mid sweet with light to medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Deep, fruity malt, honeyish floral hops. Low to medium bitterness. Gentle and harmonious.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some spiciness and mild caramel, Flavour is fruity, floral, some spiciness and mild caramel with some mild tart wooden tones.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is floral, herbal, some mild grassy and wooden tones. Flavour is floral, grassy, some nice bitterness with some bready tones. Very pleasant.
