Draught @ the brewery (Oct 2023). Murky brown with a foamy beige head, roasted malt aroma, high carbonation, mildly bitter toasted rye taste, smooth thin body, long toasted rye finish. Very good brew.

Draught @ the taproom. Clear dark amber-copper with a small frothy off-white head, faint spruce aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter piney taste with spruce flavor, thin body, long bitter finish. The spruce tips have given a refreshing feel to the brew.

16oz can. While the flavor isn't so bad for the style, the aroma just kills it for me. Artificial cheap chocolate and vanilla tone. Awkward overall, little finesse. Not impressive at all.

12oz can. Guava is a decent enough flavor even when in sugared puree form. I really don't enjoy the margarita flavoring though. Crisp and bright enough, some cactus tone. OK for what it is I suppose.

12oz can. Kind of gross. The pineapple isn't enjoyable, the margarita tone is just odd and not right. Almost an agave tone. Not enjoyable.

16oz can. Wow. Overboard candy watermelon action. Perhaps if this was in smoothie from it might fare better but as it is it is just super one-dimensional. Candy beer, I would have been all about this stuff when I was 15, all we had was Zima. Candy store stuff, best to split this one as 16oz is way too much for anyone older than a teenager.
