Bottle@Jens - black pour with beige ringed head. Roasted and sweet malty with notes of chocolate, some caramel and toffee sweetness, some dark dried fruit shred, medium to full bodied, dark malty finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange. Small white head. Aroma is grapefruity. Solid hoppy. Sweet, toasted. Slight fruity. Bitter, dry and herbal. Oily hops. Rough bitterness. Vague smoked. Herbal and brutal bitter to smoked finish.

Draught at KØ18. Refreshing citric aroma. Black colour. Small stable light brown head. The flavour has a mild chocolate note. Low bitterness. Mild vinous note. Nicely bready. A well-rounded porter.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Pours a hazy golden orange colour with a white head. Sweet fruity with a medley of tropical fruit delivered, notes of tangerine and mango, some grapefruit, nice lingering zesty citrus peel spice, sweet malty support and assertive bitter hoppy into the close. Grats to Jens! :)

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, malt, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of hops, lending it notes of spices and citrus fruits, combined with notes of caramel and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque pitch black with a rough, light brown head. Sweet molasses and dried fruit aroma - rather than roastiness. Rich, sweet, sugary body wiyh a very low carbonation - bordering flat. Mushy dried fruit aroma, has a little underrlying mold - more British than American in style, but I kinda like the rustic character. The alcohol comes through in both aroma and flavor, so gets a little boozy throughout. Still delicious. 110718

[ As SPYBREW Smiert Spionem ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, wood, dark malt, meat, light smoked.
