Keg at Gravity 2025 Saturday. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light sour cereal. Taste is pretty sour for a saison. Not getting the doughy and peppery notes I was looking for. Sour finish.

Super crisp, salt, white grape, melon mellow funk, apricot, fuzzy peach, salt. Paalte is sharp and tangy, frothy carbonation. Lovely.
