750ml bottle. Orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, wood barrel, acetic funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fruity, with wine barrel, woody, farmyard funky, citric notes, and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda at home many thanks to Ed Danlo. A translucent bright golden orange coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is super dry, funk dry white wine, barrel funk, dry wooden tannin, lemon rind, green notes. Flavour is composed of super dry, tannin, pithy, woody tannin, bark, spicy finish. medium dry funk, vinous funk. Palate is super dry lightly prickly, moderarate carbonation. Good.

Taste is sweet & tart, tangy, appley, juicy stone fruit, citrus, with wood barrel notes, oak, wine, funk, vanilla and drying bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, dry woody oaky tannic fiinsh. Nicely drinkable.
