Description
Pioneers of craft brewing in Croatia! Like Americas breweries, we started craft beer revolution in Croatia, because we want to refresh beer offer in Croatian market. Currently, customers can only buy boring domestic Euro lagers - but not for long!!
As awarded homebrewers, we are passionate about our ales, and we would like to give opportunity to Croatian consumers to enjoy in our beers. Making beers because of quality and flavor, and not because of the cash flow :). Our portfolio will be from cask ales to craft kegs!

On tap at Ro&Do. Full misty honeyish golden-orange body. Huge blast of hops in the aroma, full, fresh, citrusy (orange mostly) and herbal with a soft malty background. The lovely, lovely full hoppiness continues on into the taste, tangerine more than tropical for me, but both really, with a herbal blast going deep, deep, into the never ending huge bitter finish. Perfumey. Actually has a solid, simple but effective soft malty backbone integrated pretty much perfectly in the aromatics. This is overall an impressive IPA, by all means, but slightly unbalanced. It’s made by extreme hopheads and it shows. Damn I’m sad I only got one before I had to leave...

Premiere on tap at Ro&Do, Opatovina, Croatia. Deep hazy orange, small off white head. Medium to heavily hoppy, perfumed fruity and spicy aroma, candy, orange and zest in the background. You can smell it from miles around. Bitter beginning, lasting dry bitterness, harsh in the back of the throat. Quite bitter with strong fruity flavours. Medium body, easily drinkable. Moderate finish. Very good. Congrats to Marko and Miro from Nova runda (New round) brewery.

Dark brown colored, beige creamy medium head, good lacing and decent lasting. Aroma is of caramel, roasted malt, bitter chocolate and lots of citrus and floral hoppiness. Taste is medium sweet caramel and roasted malt, toasty, bitter chocolate, citrus and floral medium+ hoppy aroma, very bitter, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft+ carbonation. Good stuff but there’s a second of sharp bitterness or harshness which makes me prefer the APA. (on tap, Ro&Do, Zagreb)

On tap at Brežiški Festival Piva. Pours a dark brown topped with a small beige head. Very mild caramel presence with mild grassy notes. Fruity and citrusy taste with moderate bitterness. Some roasty preence in finish. Has some of that IPA feel to it. Very nice.

From tap at Rocket Burger Café with TO 07.10.15. Cloudy pale orange. Off-white head and lacing. Fine aroma of American hops and tropical fruits. Taste of tropical fruits, bitter marmalade, citrus and pale malt, with long aftertaste. A well-made, interesting and balanced APA.

Dark brown colored, moderate strong beige to tan head, good lasting. Aroma is caramel, some roasted malt and coffee, herbs but not overly strong. Taste is moderate- sweet caramel, roasted malt and coffee with some low herbal nettle notes, dry finish. Moderate coffee and herbal bitterness. Low to medium bodied, moderate carbonation, good for a session beer. Probably not as strong in the way of the nettle as it should be concerning the name but it’s still a quite good and very drinkable beer. Perfect for watching armored footmen beating the shit out of each other. ^^ (drinking horn at Koprivnica Renaissance festival for the full experience)
