Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Sour nose. Medium golden colour, small fizzy white head, sizzles away quickly. No lacing. Aroma farmyard, horse blanket, manure, citrusy hops. Sour and mild sweet taste, tart, green apples, horse blanket, vinous notes. Medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation, dry sour and sweet aftertaste, prickly on the tongue, very nice.
