Draught Dull yellow beer with some lace. Green papaya, faint asafoetida, vegetable scrapings, citrus. Sour-sweet fruity flaovurs, again green papaya, some other grains. More delicate than the nose strangely. Acidthinning, low carbonation, vivid sour flavours, some acidburn. Brettanomyces seems to hide behind the fruitflavours, making it all the more original. Pretty good, and starting from lager, at that!

Draught Pale russet-red to terra cotta beer, no carbonation visible. Delicate raspberry aroma, some other fruit and greeen spring leaves. Sour raspberry, other acids, faraway other grains (somehow thinking of buckwheat). Cherries in the very end. Some wild, if mild, yeasts. Lipsmacking acidity, acidburn and -thinning, low carbonation. All absolutely natural flavours, if a tad aggressive, IMO.

Tap at Billies. Hazy golden. Serrt and sour grains, apricot, light grapefruit, earthy funk, dank hops. Medium sweet and sour, less bitter. Nice.

Tap at Billies. Bit hazy dark pink. Sour grains, soft grapes, floral, funky, wheat, creamy. Medium sour, light sweet. Over medium body.
