Ambrée/pâle, col blanc.
Arôme est sur un léger effluve de caramel, pâle, sucre de canne et grillé. Le houblonné perce en rétro-nasal et oscille un peu sur les agrumes avec une petite pointe d'aiguille de pin.
Palais est sur le malté, caramel, sucre résiduel. Houblonné classique américain avec de belles notes de pamplemousse, mentholé, aiguille de pin, herbacé et un effet grillé caramel qui revient en fin de bouche.
Moyenne avec encore une étiquette qui fait la part belle au côté anti-espagnol de cette brasserie.

330ml bottle, 35 IBU, Lot 351, bought at Beershooter in Alicante. Remaining pearl white topping. Next to clear warm golden body, cloudy last pour. Rich lacing. Peachy nose, fresh and inviting. Fruity hoppy flavours of orange and peaches. Decent citrus peels to the ending. Medium bodied. Well made version of the style. (Hotel room, Albir 15.04.2019).
