Draught, 4% at the brewpub. Good fruity, juicy aroma with a touch of vanilla. Cloudy yellow colour. Stable chalk white head. The flavour seems a little watery too begin with, but there is fruit, juice, pineapple, bubblegum. Some bitterness that lingers on the palate. Teaish hop finish. Aroma better than the flavour.

Ambren col blanc-cassé marqué.
Arôme est plaisant sur le malt grillé/caramel rappelant le sucre brun - le tout garde un côté américain surtout au niveau des houblons - parfum plaisant sans être dans des houbons nobles européens, le tout non sans avoir une touche de Anchor Steam.
Palais est plus sur une approche américaine - ambre, léger grillé/caramel avec une amertume franche en retrait ponctuée par une note d'agrumes, sucre de canne, grillé/café sur la fin.

Dorée/pâle, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme reste assez classique d'une Hefe - c'est bien mené avec un parfum délicat surtout au niveau des esters - banane /levure et un fini houblonné noble - restant sur le floral et fruité.
Palais est assez classique avec une Hefe bien menée - ester léger sur la banane et le girofle, touche rappelant la pelure d'orange/zeste. Houblonné vert, plaisant au niveau des céréales, épaisseur et onctuosité de fin de bouche.
