The Cambier brewery offers a wide range of beers, inviting consumers to discover the brewing flavors of today's and yesterday's world. It brews three ranges of beers, each intended for a different audience: Mongy beers, Cambier beers and ephemeral beers.
The brewery's logo is also inspired by the brewer's star: it is a symbolic representation of brewing alchemy involving the four elements (water, fire, earth, air) involved in the manufacturing process.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is grassy and floral with malt, herbal-ish noble hop, yeast, fruity notes including some lemon. Flavour is moderate bittersweet. Body is medium. Grassy Blonde with some nice noble hop character.

440ml can from Le Chais, Hazebrouck. Pours opaque pulpy smoothie golden orange, solid white crown. Looks bangin in the glass. Vibrant nose of full ripened Nelson stonefruit. Great Nelson expressions to taste, overripe pulp, kiwi and gooseberry, wonderfully smooth and full bodied with a light bitter tickle on the finish. Very satisfying.

440ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, dense, creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly vinous and minimally earthy, fruity hoppy aroma, wheaty malty background, hints of white grapes, gooseberry, some unripe kiwi fruit, a touch of orange peel, whiffs of silage. Taste is fruity hoppy and slightly spicy, minimally grainy, wheaty and slightly oaty malty, minimally alcoholic, subtle residual sweetness with a minimally sugary touch, hints of white grapes, gooseberry, kiwi fruit, a touch of grape sugar; weak, somehow more cheesy than resinous overtones in the finish.
Dissolved sugar enriched, minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth, minimally cloying palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
A bit dirty, impure in an interesting, but finally slightly unpleasant mode; I suspect we really get unadulterated Nelson Sauvin here with more earthy and explicitly resinous aspects than usually present - OK, but a tad coarse.

330ml bottle, in a Christmas beer gift set from the in-laws. Pours a murky misty deep gold with a large frothy off-white head. Malty nose. Cereal malt seems to sit atop the softly creamy vanillery yeast, spicy coriander echoes. Would've preferred the other way round. Light yeasty linger on the finish, orange peel suggestions. Not one I'd return to.
