Bottle. A gift from a friend in Brussels. Cheers Sebastien! Soft haze on a glowing gold. Thin head of loose, white bubbles. Nose has yeasty bread. Sweet grain. Hay. Banana foam sweets. Taste is sweet and bready. Some lemon rind bitterness. Medium body. Pretty oily. Low carbonation. Oily lemon peel to finish. Tasty gear, albeit a little boring.

Tap at the brewery. Shared with aminatchime. Apparently brewed with spelt and soriachi ace, 2 very hard but potentially great ingredients. Pours hazy yellow, good white head. Smell is complex, yoghurty, creamy, some malts. Cheezy, Taste is cheezy, yoghurt, malts, tiny bitterness. Very yoghurty ending. Very nice outcome for a very hard beer to make
