Bottle coming from Boissons Service Malley. Opening it for the 25th of December. Maybe something went wrong with the brassin but this imperial stout is not really a tear version and rather sour and tart, unbalanced, good fruity side, 29.12.21, at Epalinges.

In my point of view, it is a great beer, deeply original, perfect mix sweet and sour, peruvian chicha, cranberries, well balanced, I love, 28.11.16, at Prélaz, purchased at Boissons Service.

I was pleasantly surprised about this beer, you eat one Spanish paella, saffron, shrimps, mineral, tart and dry, some hop, interesting, 19.11.17, at Prélaz, buying it at the ex Boissons Service Prilly.

It was the time to drink this bottle yesterday, coming from smart beer, thanks Christine. Am impression that it is different than the old malt capone. This one is a bit sour for the style, lactose, fruity, roasty, cocoa, yeasty, hop, not bad, 01.02.23

I think that it is a decent porter, close to a stout, roasted malt, coffee, little vanilla, hop, well balanced as usual from this brewery, 15.02.17, at Prélaz, from the ex grain d'Orges or Boissons service, Prilly-Malley.

It is a nice porter, close to a stout, in my opinion, the taste of barrel is not that strong, roasted malt, coffee, ashes, chocolate, 14.11.17, in my hotel room, Paris, buying it at Boissons-service, Prilly.

It is a good pils, if I must compare with an Ayinger, this one is more dry, decent notes of hop, malt, amazing copper body, refreshing, 20.11.16, purchased at Boissons Service Malley.

A fair and aromatic pale ale, not a surprise coming from this brewery, perfectly bitter, citrus, fruity, pineapple and mango, refreshing, 09.02.20, at Epalinges, purchased at one coop.

After a day of a stupid factory endoctriment of formation, I was walking along the lake and I drank it to go in the city center, forgetting this stupid system, good and aromatic pale ale, a classic on the American way, dry malt, free of gluten, citrus, aromatic and floral hop, fairly carbonated, well balanced, a classic that I drink since years at some opportunities.
