In my opinion, this beer sounds more a pils than a Kölsch, I am maybe wrong, bitter, malty, a bit watery and perfect for the summer, 05.02.17, at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it at the.ex boissons service or ex grain d'orge

At home, in Epalinges, relax after a nice day on the boat. This bottle was better than the last one. It is not the best of Nébuleuse and I had better session ipa in my life. This one is watery, lack of aromas, even though perfect to start a round of beers, 08.09.20, finding it at one coop.

Almost clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sweet apricot, peach, oat malt. Taste of sweet juicy hops, stone fruits, lot of apricot. Moderate bitterness.

Thanks Christine for this bottle coming from smart beer. Opening it yesterday, at home, Epalinges, after a busy day. For this second time, I had less pleasure, it is ok but it was grainy, hazy, grassy, a bit unbalanced, fruity, boozy, citrus, 29.03.23, at Epalinges.

For the second time, that I am drinking this beer, I have observed a side of raspberry, not as dry as the first time, citrus and hoppy, 04.02.18, tasting it at home, Prélaz, Lausanne, buying it at the ex boissons service, Prilly-Malley.

On the balcony, on friday, a perfect weather for april after an afternoon with my child at Servion. A good and tasty ipa, boozy, malty, herbal, a bit syrupy, fruity with a tropical and mango touch, not so generous with others americans but it is ok, 17.04.22

Bottle coming from Boissons service, at Prilly-maley. Opening it tonight at home, last beer of the night with my home pizza. My beer was simply undrinkable, infected, too yeasty, too sour, too carbonated, side of nuts, some hop, unbalanced too tart, 25.03.22

It is a really original beer, sour but it is reasonable, better than the trois dames Gose, hay, white wine barrel, mineral, 03.02.2018, buying it at the ex boissons service Prilly, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz.
