It is a pleasant beer of rye, deposit of yeast, touch of plum and cynamon but also dry and mineral, generous hop, well balanced, 21.02.2018, ex Grain d'Orges Crissier, drinking it, relax, at Lausanne, Prélaz.

I have tasted this beer at the draft at Cylure Binchroom, Lausanne with Yoann yesterday. A lager with a hint of American bitterness, light body, watery, dry malt, smooth and mineral, light pale ale bitterness or an impression like that, a bit fruity.

opalescent amber colour, one inch of ecru head; aroma of passion fruity, lemony-lemongrassy, some unripe grape and wheaty notes and maybe a hint of honey; taste of (unripe) passion fruit, lemonade and some bready notes; ok, i don't really see why "IPA" as style is indicated on its label, because it has no similarity to an IPA at all - but as a refresher after a long run, it is quite enjoyable

For me, it was a good surprise, an interesting bitter, on the American way, mild touch of yeast, malty, fruity, side of pineapple, hop, citrus and bitter, well balanced and subtle. 19.08.2020

It is an average beer on the Belgian way. The taste is a bit watery, wheat, sweet, coriander, pleasant sensation at the tongue, refreshing. 27.10.2016, drinking it in Prélaz, Lausanne, buying it at one coop or boissons service.

Sample at Solothurner Biertage, may 2019. Black body with a big, tan head. Aroma has a nice combination of dark malt, cardamom and cinnamon. Flavor is sweet, smooth dark malt, cardamom, cinnamon, lactose and reminds me actually about chai coffee with milk. Medium body and same aftertaste. Quite nice, fun and original novelty beer.

Drinking it on sunday, at the Ingelwood, Lausanne close to the railaway station with my daughter. Really boring at the beginning and at the final witn the yeast becoming better, dry, smooth, malty, light body, watery, discreet bitterness for ipa.

Bottiglia.

Bottle from a trade with CH-303, thanks! Aroma is biscuity bready malt, floral hoppy with mild fruity notes, yeast, touch of ripe apricot, light caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Nicely hopped California Common style beer, enjoyable.

I have drunk this beer several times, it seems that at the beginning, this one was better with more malt and hop. For me, it was one of the first ipa that I have tried in Switzerland. Tasted this one on tuesday, on the train back from Geneva airport to Lausanne with my wife coming from Sevilla. Typical old school ipa, lighter than usual, malty, bready, smooth, mineral, dry, resinous aroma, citrus and bitter, average with a cler and copper body.
