Purchased at one coop. Opening this bottle today, hot and this light beer was welcomed, light and tasty, dry malt, a bit fruity at the beginning, a bit herbal, light note of hop, watery, freshness, interesting.

opalescent pale yellow colour, large, dense white head; aroma of some grainy, herbal hoppy and minimal fruity notes; taste of hoppy bitterness and some malty-sweetcorny sweetness; a bit water but still enjoyable in a hot, sunny afternoon

It is a regular hefeweizen. The taste is with wheat, malt, notes of banana, plum and cloves, a bit watery at the final and refreshing, 17.07.16, on one CGN boat on the lake.

It is an intersting beer, in the way of a schneider aventinus, but it is missing something to reach this beer, even though it is ok, 08.03.17, at Prélaz, purchased at Boissons Service, Malley.

It is a perfect beer to start an afternoon, light and easy to drink but with pleasant notes of American hop, bitter, 11.10.17, in my hotel room, Paris.

Bottle coming from Boissons Service Malley. Opening it for the 25th of December. Maybe something went wrong with the brassin but this imperial stout is not really a tear version and rather sour and tart, unbalanced, good fruity side, 29.12.21, at Epalinges.
