Welcome at Bavaria, a typical smocked beer, not disgusting, malty, bacon, burnt beech, sweet and smooth at the palate, 03.01.20 from Boissons Service Malley, serving me at Epalinges.

Bottled 330ml. -from Coop Nendaz. Pale golden coloured, small white head, floral nose. Floral, herbal, light grainy and bit fruity with grassy touch in the finish. Not bad.

Bottled 330ml. -from Coop Nendaz. Murky yellow coloured, medium sized white head, light lemony and mild coriander in the nose. Lemony, spicy, light coriander and subdued bready with soft bitterish finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from Coop Nendaz. Hazy yellow coloured, medium sized airy off-white head, light citrus and mild passionfruit in the nose. Bready, fruity, light citrus and mild passionfruit with dryish finish. Bit watery but ok.

Bottled 330ml. -from Coop Nendaz. Unclear yellow/orange coloured, minimal off-white head, light spicy and yeasty nose. Yeasty, spicy, light peachy and touch of oranges with mild alcohol in the finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from Coop Nendaz. 6.4%ABV. Unclear darker golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, ripe fruits and some oxidation in the nose. Biscuity malty, ripe oranges, touch of caramel and light oxidation with sweetish finish. Seems not so fresh.

Bottled 330ml. -from Coop Conthey Bassin (Sion). Unclear darker golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, light malty citrusy nose. Biscuity malty, light citrusy, bit herbal and bitterish sweetish finish.

As usual, it is a delicious beer, a perfect union between an IPA and a Vienna amber, generous hop, bready, dry with a touch of toffee, 15.02.18, purchased at the grain d'orges Crissier, drinking it at Prélaz, Lausanne.

Rate 3.6, best before 02/25, from the coop, Prilly, Business park. Drinking it yesterday, at home, at night after a competition. Classical and rather light tripel, on the Belgian way, smooth, malty, sweet, sugar, syrupy and ordinary bitterness, ok.

A classical production, I could say that they copy gab's with the swaf, in my point of view. Nothing special, a beer that it is find on the lake, light, malty, a bit metallic, dry malt, classical hop that you could expect something bitter and complex, 31.03.21, buying it at one coop and serving me this can at Epalinges.
