Found at Carrefour in Sint Maarten: pours black with small brownish head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, vanilla, wood and bourbon. Soft carbonation. Sweetish. Low bitterness. Nice break from pale lagers on the island.

Taste starts juicy tropical fruity with prevailing passion fruit, following is milky and toasted malty with notes of an ash, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild grassy bitter. Sweet, smooth and slightly roasty with loads of nutty notes, caramely toffee, hints of syrup, vanilla and oak. A bit thin bodied, quite sweet and syrupy pastry stout. Not much barrel notes

0.33l can. Opaque golden body with a lasting white head. Lemon zest, grapefruit, tangerine and grapes show up both in the aroma and the taste. Some grass and pine can be felt too. Moderately bitter, refreshing IPA. Nice one.
