Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a creamy, solid and lacing, beige head. Faint citrus nose paired with a mellow roastiness. Light body, a rather heavy carbonation, discreet but pleasant roastiness and a slight, underlying tartness. No much bitterness though. 110326

Bottle 33 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a smallish, rough, white head. Faint, lactic tartness in the nose. Medium body, an initial sweetness, then a slight lactic tartness and I believe I can even sense the salt. Light and refreshing and nothing much more. 110326

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear nutty brown with a creamy and lacing, beige head - a very dark Tripel! Sweet, fatty, caramel aroma with some overripe fruit. Medium body, sweet caramel and fruit with a slight tartness. Has a surprising lack of Belgian esters. Subdued bitterness. 110326

Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a creamy, lacing white head. Dusty hop aroma, slightly fruity. Medium body, biscuit, caramel and fruitiness with a subdued bitterness. Has an odd, underlying tartness. 110326
