Draft at Orange and Brew. Pours a slightly hazy gold color under a respectably frothy head that dwindles to leave some lace around the sides. The nose suggests some Belgian type malts, maybe some spelt and wheat. Taste seems to suggest lychees from hops? Not a typical taste. Light maltiness and still some hop bitterness. Just a little farmhouse funk.

Pour from a can kicks up a lot of foam. Slightly chlorinated nose that drives off after the first pour. Tropical fruit pits, flower leaves and a bit of wheat malt follow up. Taste is light and crispy, almost "normal." Some malt spice. A light bitterness that seems more from a bit of kettle sour than any specific hop. More of a general saison than a horsey Belgian brew. Just fine as a table beer.

Tasting with a Green Chile& barbacoa chicken tamale from Tamale Spaceship.
Hazy golden puffy, pillowy but brief white head. A light nose of spicy Belgian malts. Easy toasted malt taste with some spice and a bubble gum / banana side. Then there's some lemongrass in the next sip, too. Goes great in taming the fire of my spicy tamale. Polish hops give a dry and peppery note.
