Can at home. Almost clear deep amber with small murky head. Sweet malts, blueberries, yoghurt, juniper, light earthy, caramel. Medium sweet and light bitter. Over light bodied. Pretty good actually.

TCBW2026. Amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some tart wooden tones with mild funk and some sourish berries as well. Flavour is nicely sour berries and floral tones with some tart wood and mild funky and citrusy tones as well. Nice funky aftertaste.

TCBW2026. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is pickled cucumber, some salty tones, mild acidity and some tartness. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma. Traditional yeast gives this one an interesting kick.

TCBW2026. Amber colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is tartness, some mild aronia, quite umami like (mushrooms) with some slight yeasty tones too. Flavour is aronia, some tartness, mild mushrooms, vegetables, yeasty and some strange almost non-flavoured yoghurty tones. Strange one. But intriguing.

Can at home. But hazy light golden with big fluffy white head. Soapy, wheat, lime leaves, white pepper, coriander, cloves, yeasty, bitter weedy hops. Under medium sweet and bitter. Creamy medium body.
