Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Tom L. Black, brown foam. Chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, wood, fudge, dark fruits, soy sauce note, sweet, a bit umami, bitter touch in the finish, full-bodied, thick. Doesn't feel like 15%.
