Sampled draft @ Tochca (Belskogo)– Minsk. Black, small tanned head. Nose is herbal, umami, syrup, roast. Taste is chocolate, liquorice, very soy sauce, mocha, liquorice, roast, herbal, bitter. Soy sauce. Not as coffee as expected, touch too soy sauce but fair.

Thx. Draft sampled @ Tochca – Minsk. Dark amber, red hue, tanned head. Nose is cereal, cough syrup, candy & soap. Taste is all cloying cough syrup herbal, leaves, cereal, soap. Cloying cough syrup body. More of an overly sweet medicinal cough syrup BW than a BE brew.

On tap at Tochca, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma is kind of strange, with black pepper upfront, followed by alcohol, some fusel alcohols, liqueur, and rich roasted malt. Flavour is very rich, with rich roasted malt, caramel, oak chips, and a hint of black pepper. At first, I was a bit put off by the adjuncts in here; but give it some time, and it expresses the integration of itself very well. The booze is prominent in its warming effect, without being harsh. This is excellent.

On tap at Tochca (Belskogo), pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is rich, with lots of roasted malt, light coffee, and a touch of coconut. Flavour is super rich, with heavy roasted malt, rich coffee and a hint of coconut. Plenty of hops too. Rich, velvety palate, finishing highly roasted and coffee-like. Luxurious stuff.

Tap, taster. Tasted on the 17/03/2018 at "Barcelona Beer Festival 2018", L´Hospitalet (Spain). 13% version. Black colour with a medium beige head. Aroma of coffee beans, dusty coffee, roasted malts and some liquorice. Taste is roasted coffee and dark chocolate. Dry and roasty finish. Next one please!

Draught at BeerGeek Bar. Clear, dark red to black colored. AROMA- chocolate, sweet, coconut, touch of coffee. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, bitter, lactose, chocolate, coconut, touch of coffee. Fuller bodied.
