Can 50 cl. Dark red, very cloudy, weak foam. Aroma: spicy, fennel, rosemary, basil, a lot of tomatoes. Sweet taste, fennel, tomato, slightly other herbs, salty, not bad.

Look: cloudy honey yellow, nice off-white head. Aroma: phenolic and spicy yeast, leathery, pears. Taste: medium dry, fruity, spicy, moderately phenolic. Light bitterness. Hoppy ending. Palate: light to medium body, average carbonation. Overall: ok, slightly harsh as for phenols.

Appearance: muddy yellow, one finger tall white head of low retention. Aroma: tropical fruit, catty, medicine, nuts. Taste: medium dry to light sweet, light to medium sour, citrus, tropical fruit, nutty, light plus bitterness. No sign of alcohol. Palate: light to medium body, soft carbonation. Overall: unusual, not for everyone.
